You can do this with the command line batch syntax using the
RealProducer Plus. The /d hh:mm:ss defines how long encoding should
last.

If you wanted to do this from a GUI the easiest way might be to write a
simple ActiveX control [with the RealProducer ActiveX control] with a
timer that stopped encoding at a given time. The Ax control can then
call the stop encoding method at the appropriate time.
