From: Larry Bouthillier <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Subject: Dynamic generation of RealPix files I'm aware that you can dynamically generate SMIL files using servlets or jsp, and as long as the media URLs within it are rtsp:// URLs that point at a RealServer, everything will play just as well as if it were static SMIL on the RealServer. Can this be done with RealPix files? The documentation appears to suggest, since image 'name' paths must be relative, that a RealPix file must live on the RealServer with the images to be streamed (unless using http from a webserver, in which case the buffering/bandwidth control process is inferior). Is there a way to have dynamic RealPix generation while preserving the benefits of streaming from a RealServer?
