Subject: RealProducer ActiveX under Windows NT

I have installed the ActiveX control on a Windows NT. I am able to use it in
VB if logged in as Administrator, but if I log in as a normal user, it
reports a message

'RealProducer not installed. You must have RealProducer 6.1 installed in
order to use this control'

If I add the normal user to the Administrators' group, it works fine. s this
normal - do I have to be a member of the Administrators' group to be able to
develop with the control?
