Please checkout the "web output" option in the latest version of our =
screen capture tool "SnagIt". SnagIt v5 can be setup to capture on a =
timer and automatically send the image to an FTP server. In effect, it =
is a software-only "webcam" for your screen. A fully functional eval of =
SnagIt is available at http://www.techsmith.com.

SnagIt can only grab the screen. However, RealProducer can display a low
frame rate preview of the video stream in its "Input Source" window
(View->Show Input Source). SnagIt can periodically capture that part of the
screen and FTP the image (e.g. GIF or JPG file) to an FTP server, like a
"screen capture webcam".
