Yes, they work in a SMIL file...they do not work in a RT (RealText) or RP
(RealPix) file that's being presented through SMIL. Yup...it's a pain in
the ass but that's how it is for ver6.
As a side note - how does Real7 handle playing an "updating-still-image"
webcam feed? I can get it to work in 6 but not perfectly...you have to
specify how many times you want it to update so it cannot go
indefinitely...and if you set the number of times too high it will crash
the player as it tries to buffer it. Does 7 support update="infinite" or
something like that?
