Hi Mirko,
The RealServer tries to create these temp files in the directory that it is
configured to archive into. In the default server installation, this will
be the "/Archive" subdirectory of the Content directory. If you have
changed this from the default setting, make sure that the directory you
told it to archive into already exists on the server. If the archive
directory doesn't exist, the server won't be able to open the necessary
temp files. Also, make sure that there is plenty of available disk space
for archiving.
