Please see my recent post to the forum for info on the topic of
monitoring encoders. You can also monitor splitters thru this admin
interface by using the propery 'splitters'. That is, in my posting,
replace DoProps('liveconnections') with DoProps('splitters') and you
will get a report on splitter connections.
There are other ways to do this. For instance, you could get the G2 SDK
at http://www.realnetworks.com/devzone/tools and modify the test client
sample provided with that SDK to connect to a stream and monitor its
performance. This requires C development.
