Roger, I have a lot of experience with the antex 2000 card which should also
do the trick for you.
Couple of questions. Are these stereo streams? Why surestream? Why not a
good 20k stream? Are these encoders in one location? Because you can add
multiple Antex cards to a PC and have it do a few streams. If these are
separate locations then I would stick with a good soundblaster card.
