Subject: RE: Inbound UDP traffic?
Sites whose RealServers sit behind router access lists will want to open
up access to allow this traffic through, correct? Anyone care to comment
on proper ACL rules for this traffic? How about something like this:
permit udp from <anywhere> source-port 6970 destination <real-server A>
permit udp from <anywhere> source-port 6970 destination <real-server B>
permit udp from <anywhere> source-port 6970 destination <real-server C>
<etc.>
Thoughts?
-Dennis.

The RealPlayer sends udp resend requests back to the RealServer when it
detects loss.
