Subject: RE: netscape callback problem

? The files contained within rpcl3260.zip are compiled java files, you wont
get the source by loading it into a text editor but you will see what
methods
are available...

Another thing to try is using jactivex, which hoiks out java interfaces etc
to the RealPlayer activeX control, vis:

jactivex rmoc3260.dll -d c:\temp

which puts the following files in c:\temp\rmoc3260

  DRealAudioEvents.java
  IRealAudio.java
  RealAudio.java

Implement all methods, check what pops up. Advise() and AdviseG2() do
different things, trial and error will be your only option, I stuck with
advise() in the end for simplicity...

p.s. If you ever work out how to have a single player under Netscape,
call adivise on it, play a clip, then call advise again with a different
target without getting the player to crash, Id like to hear from you!

Hope that helps !
TTFN!
