Sounds like the file is being delivered via HTTP off a webserver. Check
your statistics of the RealPlayer on the Streams tab. You should see a
Protocol entry. If this reads 'HTTP' then you need to make sure the
media file on the server is in the right place. The media file should
be in the Content directory.
When the player is using RTSP as a protocol, _nothing_ is saved to the
disk.
