With me, I think the file itself works fine.  I've tested it using the 
player, it just gets hung up when it's embedded on the web page.

I have seen this come up if a RealMedia file is corrupted or just ends
unexpectedly.  RealPlayer seems to just get hung up in this situation.  If the
file is just trashed at a specific point, you can probably play as long as you
don't play through the trashed section.  I'd figure out if anything is wrong
with the media files.  Does someone know if there is a Real media verifier?
