Just a note...tried this with modrex and tried to "Upload 3D model" and then selected one of the meshes one gets with the OGRE demo (i.e., the models directory contents.. such as ninja.mesh or ogrehead.mesh). if you think this could be a modrex bug, let me know and i'll log there.....
