As far as I know, there are sorted in the same order as in your 3D software (for Maya it works anyway) So uvSet1 = material slot 1, etc.. But as far as I know there isn't any automatization to import in Realxtend, even if it would be great because its as slow to apply their material to 12 objects as to apply 12 texture to 12 materials slots :p
