ok fixed the ./runprebuild.sh one the svn checkout creates /Taiga/trunk/opensim/addon-modules/ModRex and the runprebuild.sh looks for /Taiga/trunk/opensim/addon-modules/ModreX
one down :D The other issues still exist.
