Thanks for all Ro Gastel and Jonne Nauha, We discovered that our router don't have portforwarding capabilities and we have stopped to trie realXtend work over external network for a while.
We have saw that our "HUAWEI EchoLife HG520" doesn't support portforwarding capability but the versions "HUAWEI EchoLife HG520b" and "HUAWEI EchoLife HG520s" yes.
