I finally made time today to bang on Taiga on fedora 12 until I could run it on my own machine (I usually use an internal test server).
Mostly I was about making helpful scripts to make it easy for others to get everything up. There is a quick-start recipe in SVN right now. There is also a build here: http://taiga-server.googlecode.com/files/Taiga-0.0.3-RC1.tar.gz I used mono 2.4.2, although I don't think that affects anything.
