you can create only "web" applications and host on google app engine but not
applications that go
beyond that...so the answer is "no" - you cannot host realxtend on app
engine.

you can however create webservices on app engine and use them on
realxtend...e.g. robot services
for google talk, wave based apps that you may want to use in realxtend....
