HI , Could you please tell us more about your MySQL error , what is the exact error message that you are getting from your MySql setup ?
Depending on what your goals are for your setup , it is generally best to have a computer that is purpose built for running RealXtend and it has no other role . Meaning , that only realxtend is installed on that machine and nothing else , except the essentials such as your development tools . I have found this to be the best way to avoid these sorts of conflicts . So if it is possible , I would suggest doing a fresh install of your operating system and using that computer as your Realxtend research computer . I realise that is not possible in all cases , but it is a simplification of the process and reduces the unknowns of situations like this .
