Hi Peter, Felipe.
Peter:
I'm running XP pro with SP3, and Wamp.

In the base date "grid", table "users", you can find the uuid for the
avatar. Then, in the table "regions", in the same BD "grid", you can paste
that uuid in the "owner_uuid" field.

Felipe, if you type your query in English, other users of this group, with
more knowledge than me, (ie, almost all;-D) may help.
Questions:
Do you have only one region in Taiga?
When trying to upload the scene of the area you encounter this mesh is flat
or when trying to upload the scene of the building?
Can you upload meshes or not you appear?

Best

Alberto
