It depends on what kind of content you are going to put in these
regions. I used to run 8 regions on 8Gb quad-core 3Ghz Xeon. Still no
more than 40 (or better 20) concurrent users per simulator - its kind
of software limit, no way you have 234 users together, no matter what
machine you have. I guess it should be possible to run several region
simulators on single machine and distribute users between them. I was
not able to do that last time I tried, but there was a lot of changes
in Taiga since then.
