I tested now, and of course for me it works :/ > I can include naali crashdump, but I believe this issue should be > perfectly reproducable now. I think this is error in code, not Am unable to reproduce. Using current develop, which I'm pretty sure is unchanged related to this after 0.4.0 release. In fact, the av code hasn't been touched in several months (there's a new avatar project coming though but that's a separate topic). I have an avatar, create originally using the old nice avatar generator (which you can still use, the system in Naali is the same). It has two attachments. I tried deleting one of them, and saved changes to server, and it seemed to succeed. Am using world.virtualexpo.fi as auth&av service. Also saved the av to a local file, and used 'create new avatar' to load it again, and saved it to server. Now also loaded default_avatar.xml from naali data/ with 'create new avatar', saved it to server, then loaded again my actual av which has attachments, and again saving it to server worked. Am logged in to w.r.o:9000 which I think is Taiga 0.2.0, but that doesn't mostly matter 'cause the avatar data is communicated directly to the av server, the sim doesn't participate in that I think. Am using Linux now, but I doubt that makes a difference 'cause that code was developed on Windows (by Lasse and later the gui enhanced by Jonne N.). ~Toni > On 8 фев, 21:25, CecilBergwin <[email protected]> wrote: > > Over the last few weeks or so I've tried many different kinds of > > *.mesh for avatars but with all the crashing I have been working with > > the standard "realXtend" avatar extensions for attachments etc. > > Sometimes when a "Crash" occurs, the actual upload and change of Mesh/ > > Attachment works but obviously I only find this out when I log back > > into Naali (after crash), so again I haven't got to the bottom of why > > this happens but will still try to figure this out, I also thought mm > > I wonder if its a mysql issue but I have full local access and MAX > > size set for any sql data, so again we can rule that out I think. > > > > Till... the next test :) > > > > Thx All > -- http://groups.google.com/group/realxtend http://www.realxtend.org
