it is not really about power -- also quite weak cards like intel
integrated things can work ok. have a couple of old laptops here with
intel things, an old macbook and a celeron pc with windows, an tundra
runs on both .. ogre generally runs on pretty much anything. i guess
really old cards can have probs now, and then there's been some driver
probs even with new and powerful cards now in some places.

i think in the old wiki we have some info page of reportedly worked
cards + drivers etc., i think a good idea to get that going again ..
also so that devs know which combinations would need debugging etc.
