Naali+Modrex is an old stuff, and it was not working well even then.
So even if you suceed in running that, it probably would not do what
you want from it. You will be far better either with stock opensim (it
has mesh support now, anyway and MUCH more stable) or try Tundra
(altrough, it also propably would not do what you want as it is, but
can be made to, I think).

To sum up: Naali+Modrex is old, and is a big TROUBLE, so if you plan
to use it for anything serious - forget it
