Hi,
this is the last release before summer holidays. To try to resolve some
majorly annoying Ogre rendering bugs we have observed on some systems, we
migrated to the newly released Ogre 1.8 stable branch. This hopefully
fixes some of the issues reported (although we are slightly skeptic at
