Hmm sounds like include path to <deps>/include/skyx is misconfigured during
cmake.

would
be the spot.

See the cmake output what it ways after finding skyx. If the reported
include path is empty or incorrect there is something wonky in cmake. You
can brute force it on this line

if
it seems broken.
