as a heads up, we are preparing to push out the next realXtend Tundra
release in the near future. There are a number of interesting feature
updates, see a peek to the upcoming changelog at

One of the better features is a new support for Collada (through the
OpenAssetImport library). Tundra is aiming to move to mobile in the
future, and not being tied to just Ogre for assets is an important step
here. Mobile devices won't probably directly take in Collada due to the
large file size, but being able to load well-adopted intermediary formats
is very useful for migration.
