The    problem    is    definitely   Ecartis.   It   removes   the
Content-Transfer-Encoding  header  form  the mail without decoding
the content.

Of  course  it's  possible  to  workaround  the  problem  by  just
disabling quoted-printable encoding on the client (as there should
really  be  no  need  nowadays for that - if there's someone still
running  a  7-bit MTA on the Internet then they should be blamed).
But this is no excuse for the silly behavior of Ecartis.
