One of the reasons that I am rebol programmer is because of the
goodwill, generosity and kindness of this list.
Recently, the positive culture of this 'community' has been sullied by the
nature of emails sent to the ML by an individual who seems to me to be
ill. I'm not being sarcastic, I do believe I see the signs.
I can not do anything to help this unfortunate individual. I wish I
could but failing that - I must eliminate the unpleasant emails that are
cloggin up my mailbox.
In my procmail recipe list I have place the following:
:0:
* ^From:[EMAIL PROTECTED]
/dev/null
#NOTE: the email address has been obfuscated, but you can figure it out
:-)
That way, I do not have to see any email that is sent by this person.
<grin>I'm not recommending what action anyone else here takes, but
this is what I'm doing. I'm tired of wading thru the
garbage.</grin>
Furthermore, I would never think of recommending that anyone refrain
from quoting all that unpleasantness.
