Hi Carlos, I have the same problem with a POP server username and solve that
using this

system/schemes/pop/user: "[EMAIL PROTECTED]"
system/schemes/pop/pass: "password"
system/schemes/pop/host: "pop.domain.com"
inbox: open pop://

try with something like this

system/schemes/ftp/user: "[EMAIL PROTECTED]"
system/schemes/ftp/pass: "password"
system/schemes/ftp/host: "ftp.domain.com"
ftpsite: open ftp://

and let me know if it work
