I trying to get my rebol app to remain on top of the screen (on top of all other apps)
I basically want to launch a browser in kiosk mode but keep my rebol view app with gui on top of it for further input. I was going to use MS windows but if it's easier with Linux I can use that. I read in the View DOCs that new versions of windows will not allow it and only blink the task bar.
