Hello! I have several scripts that I periodically need to run that collects different information from the Internet and I have put them as cron jobs.
I have also put the same scipts/cron jobs on several computers to be sure at least one of them is powered on and can run the scripts. I have yet to come up with a solution that: - At least always one computer runs the scripts - If more than one computer runs the scripts I only want one report for each script. - Next time all computers should run a script it should start with the same pre-conditions. - Maybe some other conditions I forgot.
