I can see it as not an AltME problem, but communication problem. Most ppl here might feel excluded from the process. My personal belief was, that Carl's blog should serve that purpose, but those would have to be more frequent. And that is not the only problem. Even if Carl blogs, it just is not enough, because of one factor - you simply don't know WHAT to expect, and WHEN to expect. That is why I was for milestones, and often releases.
