I've made some modifications to the http protocol to allow the http verbs: DELETE, PUT, and also to send cookies with them including GET. Any errors are mine alone.
PUT is able to upload a binary file though as it does it in one go you might get a http timeout. It could be improved by reading the file in chunks and sending it that way.
