What people use for private communication about REBOL isn't important -
whoever's involved will just choose what they like the best.

Public communication channels are very important though, as it's part of
REBOL's advertising. Reading such communications are how a lot of those who
haven't used REBOL will get a flavour of it.

Ideally it'd be written in REBOL and use the REBOL plugin, along with an
archive in html. Using the plugin will also be good advertising for REBOL. And
all of rebol.com should be using the plugin too.
