Although we have not finalized the R3 licensing, we always offer our =
current customers credit toward upgrading to the newest license. We =
will probably offer customers who have purchased a similar license in =
the past year a free copy.

The SDK license is a single user license, the spirit of the license is a =
single computer as well. If you change PCs of course you can reinstall =
it on your new system. We have no fancy way of stopping you from =
installing it where ever you want, your conscience will have to be your =
guide.

Though nothing is official, I still think this is the case with an
entirely free R3 and a paid-for SDK/encapper.

Still, R3 will probably be so flexible here that you can build your
own encapper, circumventing paid-for tools. So for RT to make money,
they would have to develop a new IOS and other tools.
