Hello all,

In the document covering Rebol 2.5 changes, I read:

 TO-LOCAL-FILE and TO-REBOL-FILE functions can be used to convert to and from 
the local OS file path formats.

However, on the console:

>> to-rebol-file "c:\test\"
** Script Error: to-rebol-file has no value
