This is some thing I suggested long ago.I did get Netscape 4.75 to use .r
as a mime type but that is a different story and only works IF you have
Rebol installed.A web page using Rebol could have a "you need to down load
Rebol" type system that points to your page/Rebol and have Rebol dl and
then run Rebol and down load the rest of the docs/scripts using rip
