My apologies, I thought it had become not a big deal any more.
I remeber hearing the patent had expired ...    

I just tried to check the site you mentioned but am not getting thru
is www.bxa.dc.gov the correct address?

At any rate the only part I am actually interested in is the
multiple-precision math, the encryption was an easy way to prove it
worked. I'll never mention it again.
