I changed to --cgi and got

Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or
misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

may have caused the error.

server error log.


as my output. I'm not sure this is a big improvement over
perfect output plus extraneous help output. I'll try
infinite other things when I come back from work tonight...
