View-Pro 1.1 is available for more platforms now. In addition to the
Windows version released on Monday, the following versions of
View-Pro 1.1 are available for download now:
- BSD, Linux (various versions)
- HP/UX
- SGI IRIX
- Solaris/Sparc and /x86
- SCO OpenServer
- BeOS 5 (x86 and PPC)
- AmigaOS (2.x/3.x, 68020+)
Yes, all of them really are Pro versions, even AmigaOS and BeOS :-),
and contain desktop, encryption, library and shell components.
There are some minor differences in the way the library and shell
components work with AmigaOS and BeOS compared to Unix and Windows.
An updated version of the documentation should be ready later today.
