I've been hacking Andrew Grossman's wiki.r to see if I can
get it to produce VID :-)
It's pretty fragile at present, and doesn't look pretty, but
it works.

No instructions at present, but basically you just mark up a
wiki page in simple VID. *anything* between [ ] will get
displayed as a potential new wiki page which you can then
create. If your VID is incorrect, the client will crash.
See the 3 sample pages for examples.
Just a proof of concept at present, and tested to the point
that I can edit pages.
