Carl - that's nice ... and if you remember, it was requested some year ago.
Just few questions here:

- will the stuff be automatically downloaded thru cache?
- can we specify any elements? e.g. Needs: [http://www/file1.jpg
/C/app/some.dll core 2.5] how to specify version btw (IIRC field 'Needs was
used for specifying Rebol product version, no?)?
