[REBOL] desktop confusion

Can someone try this out in 1.2 ?

Start up View
click on Rebol.com
click on Sites
Enter any site not your own
click on console
type "desktop"
click on Local

Up pops an error message 

"Cannot open folder:
http://wwww.whateversiteyouclickedon/local/index.r";

Using NT4.0
