The law, it is oft observed, *is* an ass; and
yet I think that IOS/Morpheus and other more
robust (than previous) distributed computing and 
file sharing systems are getting to the point 
that courts and legislators will have to realize 
that punishing file sharing services merely
because they can be used to distribute 
illegal materials (as well as others) is
like punishing the Post Office because people
might send illegally acquired materials
through the mail.
