I was digging around the script library and came across an implementation of a web server using REBOL.
The name of the script is REBOL Web Server "webserv.r" http://www.reboltech.com/library/html/webserv.html I have a friend who is actually looking for a web server with CGI support that can runs off a CD-ROM. That seems a likely candidate with CGI support. However, to my knowledge, in order for REBOL scripts to run in that environment, the script need to be package using Encap. This is where the issues comes in. 1. What kind of licenses are those scripts released under? 2. For a one-time use only for this web server on CD-ROM, my friend would need to use Encap and of course goes into the details of royalties and stuffs. And the packaged web server is not sold as a commercial product. How does RT handles such situations? I would appreciate, if anyone can just send me the contact (email address) of the author off the list.
