Well that would be my fault for not being clear. You said you need View/Pro. I was pointing out that you don't - you could use a batch file or another program that can start another process - ie call View with command line argument. Though if it commercial then I guess you may as well use View/Pro. Just thinking about it. Another thing that could be done is to modify the user.r file and call a custom script directly, a script like your example, and then quit after the call.
