The one mail you followed up to, saying it was delayed, was received on May 17 and forwarded by the mailing list server into the outbound queue within a few minutes. I received it within about half an hour. If it took longer for you then the delay most likely occured because cobalt.reboltech.com could not contact your ISP's mail server.
