Everything is an object (should be communicated purely by messages): Smalltalk. Although it is not a typed language, its interactive graphic environment (full GUI IDE, widget sets, browser - which allows in-place creating/editing classes, tracer) is impressive and has been around more than 20 years... Actually the origin of all GUIs IS Smalltalk... At www.squeak.org resides a full-featured FREE Smalltalk; I was quite impressed.
