I use Metapad myself. Never really needed colour coding or anything fancy - even the windows Notepad with Win2k is fine. In BeOS I use Styled Edit which also works fine. I guess if I was really into lots of REBOL programming i'd probably use Emacs as most people I've heard on the list like that or some Vi version...
